Hello all! I am writing to let you know that I have attempted to reach teachers who had entries selected as winners or alternates at a high school solo and ensemble contest that has been completed within your region. The notification, including a link to register or withdraw entries for state, was sent via email today, February 18. It should have travelled with three attachments as well. Please help spread the word that I have sent those notifications----considering district email filters and other technology related challenges, your assistance is very helpful in letting folks know I am trying to reach them. p.s. Please encourage your teachers to withdraw any entries they are certain will not be able to participate. Only by doing so will you ensure that the opportunity to fill that vacancy remains in your region, should you have alternates waiting for the opportunity.
