YVMEA MINUTES
FOR SPRING MEETING

September 9, 2002
Ed opened the meeting.

John Straehle presented information for feedback from the WMEA.
The information included possible revisions on auditions for ALL State Groups,
Grants available, Arts Time, the Standards booklet, etc.
Any comments/suggestions to be made on audition criteria, submit (email) Bruce
Caldwell or John Straehle.

Regional Honor Band and Choir
To take place at Highland High School
John Straehle, Chair
New Date: November 14
Forms submitting students to be postmarked no later than Sept. 28
A suggestion was made to put the grade of the student on the form
Everyone agreed.

YVMEA Handbooks should be out within a few weeks!
